  Malunggay and Bacon fritata
  Rosemary Lemon Chicken skewers (from yesterday's "lunch")
  Tomato soup
  1 cup Nescafe sugarfree coffee



2:00pm
Sizzling shrimp
Salad with creamy sesame dressing
Almond Gelato

 

8:00 pm
   Chicken Adobo and monggo soup
   Tuna salad

Highlights:

I can eat the malunggay and bacon fritata everyday. And the sizzling shrimp is again restaurant quality. I used to feel that the portions are kawawa but I'm starting to get full easily so the portions now feels just enough.

Daya moment: I still have aftershocks of yesterday's transgressions and I kept on munching on the belgian butter flavored popcorn I bought from the mall throughout the day. I don't know if it's guilt or my system rejecting the carbs, but I had gas pains the whole day :-(
