Day 1 of Attempt number 2

Breakfast:
1 cup Vietnamese coffee
1 slice wheat bread
1 sunny side up egg

Lunch:
3pcs grilled dory fish
Vegetables and broth from  nilagang baboy
1 glass Carbtrim

Merienda:
1 glass Swiss Miss fatfree hot choco

Dinner:
Grilled chicken
Broccoli
1 glass Carbtrim
