8:00am
     Lunchmeat Omelette
     Cauliflower and Chikpeas Curry (half a serving)
     1 cup Nescafe Sugarfree Coffee


12:00pm
     Chicken Satay with Peanut sauce
     Tuna Salad
     Coffee Custard


5:00pm
    Seafood Salad @ UCC
    Black Coffee with 2 Splenda

South Beach approved (almost). Ignore the breaded goodies

9:00pm (Bday party)
   1/2 glass Iced tea
    3 small sticks pork barbeque (no fat)
    A bite of creamy fish somenthing :-(


Highlight: 

I love chicken satay, it can do no wrong. However, I did have my first cheat food, the UCC Seafood Salad. Although it's still technically greens, the breaded scallops are sooo sinful, I can't resist. Also, I'm better off staying at home or at the office as there are very few temptations. No more eating out or parties until I end my 3 weeks.

Exercise:

Went malling using just one crutch. At the Mall of Asia. Boom!

Sixth day with no rice, no bread, no pasta, no sugar. I don't know why I'm still alive (and energetic!).
